  • We ship locally within Rwanda and internationally.

  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international orders.

5. Exchanges

  • All sales are final. No returns or refunds.

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Customers cover exchange shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
